For the past 24 years, EUPE Corporation Berhad has been spearheading development in Kedah, where it has developed over 20,000 homes. Its story began during the recession of the mid-1980s, when EUPE Kemajuan Sdn Bhd was founded by Dato’ Beh Heng Seong and Dato’ Tajudin Haji Hashim in response to the Kedah State Government’s call for the private sector to meet the housing needs of the low income group. This led to the creation of Taman Ria, which was then the largest development in Malaysia with over 3,000 units.
Managing Director Dato’ Beh Huck Lee holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Engineering
(First Class Honours) from the University of Western Australia. Prior to joining the Group, he was attached to Hewlett-Packard. Taking over the Group in 1995, he consolidated operations, injecting all 13 of its  companies into its present form as EUPE Corporation. When the company was listed on the main board of the KLSE in 1997 with a paid-up capital of RM128mil, Dato’ Beh became the youngest Managing Director of a listed vehicle in the country, at age 27.
Today, EUPE Corporation Berhad has divisions in Property Development, Civil Engineering/Construction, Property Management, Property Investment as well as Hotel and Golf Course Operations (Cinta Sayang Resort and Hotel). Under the leadership of Dato’ Beh, the Group next plans to expand from its base in Kedah to Kuala Lumpur. Dato’ Beh has complemented the Group’s historical township forte with a more

Dato’ FD Iskandar, Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer

Dato’ FD Iskandar is the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Glomac Berhad. He joined the Glomac Group of Companies in 1991, and was appointed to the Board in 1997. Dato’ FD Iskandar obtained his law degree as well as his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Queensland. He serves as the Deputy President of REHDA Malaysia and Director of Malaysia Property Incorporated, a body for promoting property investments among foreigners in Malaysia. 
Dato’ FD Iskandar is also Deputy Chairman of the Malaysian Australian Business Council, Chairman of Gagasan Badan Ekonomi Melayu (GABEM), Selangor Branch, a body that promotes entrepreneurship amongst Bumiputras. He is the Co-Chair of the Special Taskforce to Facilitate Business Group (PEMUDAH) on Legal & Services and is also a Member of PEMUDAH Selangor Group. He also sits on the Board of Axis Reit Managers Berhad, Media Prima Berhad and New Straits Times Press (Malaysia) Berhad as well as several private limited companies.
Dato’ FD Iskandar is well-respected for his two decades of experience and involvement in the property development industry. He has been invited as a guest speaker, both locally and internationally, to share his insights on the property market in Malaysia.
